It is Opfer Logan Architect’s policy to continuously improve our quality by monitoring, measuring, and enhancing our quality and procedural system.
Implementation of the quality policy is the responsibility of every member of staff, starting with the directors, who take policy decisions which enable the correct action to be implemented throughout the practice. The directors are also responsible along with the quality manager, for implementation of the quality policy.
To ensure the company maintains its awareness for continuous improvement, the quality system us regularly reviewed and is subject to both internal and external annual audits.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We keep personal data in accordance with our internal retention procedures, which are determined in accordance with our regulatory obligations and good practice. These retention periods depend on the nature of the information (for example, we apply different retention periods to our staff information as opposed to information on our client files), and are subject to change. Project data is generally retained for 15 years.
